Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Welcome to Medicova. These Terms explain the rules for using our courses, question banks, healthcare jobs and events, and your Medicova Account.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Medicova governing your access to and use of the Medicova websites, applications and services, including medicova.net, courses.medicova.net and accounts.medicova.net (together, the “Services”).

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Your Medicova Account

A single Medicova Account lets you use courses, question banks, jobs and events with the same email and password. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country of residence to use the Services.

3. Using the Services

Subject to these Terms, Medicova grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your own professional learning and career development.

  • Do not share, resell, sublicense or publicly redistribute course content, question banks, or other paid materials.
  • Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying content or data except as expressly permitted.
  • Do not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt to bypass access controls, or use them for unlawful purposes.
  • Information you submit (including job applications and profile details) must be truthful and your own.

4. Payments, purchases and refunds

Some parts of the Services — such as courses, diplomas, question banks and event tickets — are paid. Prices are shown before purchase, typically in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), and payments are processed by third-party payment providers; Medicova does not store full card details.

Access to a paid item is granted after a successful payment. Refunds, where available, are handled in line with the refund terms shown at purchase and applicable law. Contact support if you believe you were charged in error.

5. Content and intellectual property

The Services and their content — including courses, question banks, text, graphics, logos and software — are owned by Medicova or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence above, no rights are granted to you.

You retain ownership of content you submit, and you grant Medicova a licence to host, display and process it as needed to operate the Services (for example, sending your application to an employer you apply to).

6. Educational purpose; no professional advice

Medicova’s learning content, question banks and exam guides are provided for educational and professional-development purposes. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for professional clinical judgement, formal accreditation, or the official guidance of any licensing or certifying body.

7. Jobs, employers and third parties

Where the Services connect job seekers and employers, Medicova is a platform and is not the employer and does not guarantee any job, hire, or outcome. Interactions with employers, instructors, academies and other third parties are between you and them.

The Services may link to third-party sites or rely on third-party services (such as payment or sign-in providers). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where required by law. On termination, the licences granted to you end, though some provisions (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) survive.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Medicova does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medicova will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the competent courts of Egypt will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
