This Privacy Policy explains how Medicova handles your personal data when you use our websites and apps, including medicova.net, courses.medicova.net and accounts.medicova.net, and your Medicova Account. It applies to job seekers, learners, instructors, academies, employers and event organisers.

• Account data: your name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), account type and verification status.
• Profile and professional data you choose to add: specialty, experience, CV/credentials, and similar details.
• Activity data: courses and question banks you access, progress, quiz attempts, event registrations, and job applications.
• Payment data: purchase records and the limited details our payment provider returns (such as the card’s last four digits). Full card numbers are handled by the payment provider, not stored by Medicova.
• Technical data: device, browser, IP address and cookies used to operate and secure the Services.

3. How we use your data

• To provide the Services: run your account, deliver courses and question banks, process payments, and manage events and job applications.
• To keep the Services secure: authenticate you, prevent fraud and abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
• To communicate with you: transactional emails (verification, password resets, receipts) and, where permitted, updates about your learning or opportunities.
• To improve the Services and comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to run the Services:
